The Electoral Commission has registered 2577 first time voters in Achiase District in the three weeks ending October 3. About 88% of whom are aged between 18-20 years with slightly higher female registrants. Forty-six percent of the total number registered supported their application with Ghana Card whereas some 53% did so through guarantors.
